Lifetime Warranty

Nautilus CabinetryTM warrants the cabinet box construction and finish, against
defective materials and workmanship, for lifetime to the original buyer. Drawers, roll
trays, and hinges are also warranted for lifetime to the original buyer.

Nautilus CabinetryTM will repair or replace any defective materials at no charge to the
original owner. This warranty is not tranferable and is for residential installations only.
This warranty is expressly limited to repair or replacement of the defective part at the
descretion of Nautilus CabinetryTM, and does not include labor for removal or
replacement.

This warranty does not apply to cabinets that have been misused, abused, neglected,
changed or modified in any way, or improperly installed. This warranty is only for
defects and does not apply to the natural aging of the finish.

This warranty is the exclusive warranty granted by Nautilus CabinetryTM and is in lieu
of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose and is further limited to replacement or repair of
defective parts or materials only. Labor charges or damage incurred in installation,
removal, repair, or exchange, as well as incidental and consequential damages
connected therewith, are excluded and will not be paid by Nautilus Cabinetry. Some
states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Should you need to make a claim under
this warranty please contact your authorized Nautilus CabinetryTM dealer where you
purchased the cabinetry.
